Coming Soon: Skylight Rio Street

Located just East of the LA River from the Arts District and adjacent to the new 6th Street Viaduct, Skylight Rio Street offers coveted specs for events and shoots. Built in 1979 and long-used as a garment factory, the site features 52K sq ft of continuous open space with ceilings ranging from 14’ to a souring 29’, plus large loading bays, restrooms and more. Skylight Rio Street is optimal for high-production build outs, immersive activations, and film/photo shoots.
